DELIVERY/SHIPPING & RETURNS
Please note any tobacco leaf product(s) cannot be delivered
outside the UK.
Delivery:
All items with the exception of lighters are delivered using Royal Mail.
We operate 2 types of delivery Standard and Royal Mail Special
Delivery. (Tracked)
Standard is 1st and 2nd class insured only up to £20.00. 1st class is
standard and is 2-4-day, 2nd class standard is 4-6 days.
Any postage and packaging issues must be dealt with via Royal Mail. We dont offer refunds for packing, only if product is faulty.
Special Delivery:
This is a tracked and signed for insured up to £500.00 usually next
working day excluding Saturday and Sunday.
Safe place for special deliveries can be specified in Additional Shipping
requirements section. Once scanned at same place, it will be deemed
as delivered.
Special delivery for next working day order must be placed by 1 pm.
All claims should be made at Royal Mail Claims. This can be done once
the parcel does not arrive for 10 working days from due delivery day.
You have up to 70 calendar days to claim for Royal Mail Insurance and
Discretionary Additional Coverage.
We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery as this is tracked
from Post office to your door.
Returns Policy:
All tobacco leaf product(s) are non refundable, if any item(s) which you
have purchased arrive faulty or you have simply changed your mind,
you are entitled to return it/them under distance selling regulations. To
return anything you must provide us with your decision within 7 days of
delivery.
The item must not be used and in it entire original packaging.
Once you have informed Ryans of your wish to return, you have up to
28 days to return. The return cost will be borne by yourself.
Once the returns are received, a refund will be made by the original
payment instead.

Same Day Dispatch:
This applies to orders received Monday to Friday before 1pm.
Packaging All parcels are packaged suitably and according with royal mail
standards.
Exceptional Circumstances:
During time such as but not limited to, adverse weather, festive season
and postal strikes, the time limit is increased for deliveries. And
including the recent covid-19 pandemic.
